Man - know thyself; then thou shall know the Universe and God.

5.25 AM Pythagoras: Man - know thyself; then thou shall know the Universe and God. The world has been growing disharmonically for about 13,000 years now. It is in our DNA and it is something we are passing through as a species. Currently we are not in tune with ourselves, and the world is beginning to realize it. The true problem is in our OLD way of thinking. It is Creating tension on every level. How can we become it, and be in tune with ourselves. Let's talk about Chakras and our connection to multiple levels. The basics of Chakras is light and color: If you shine a light through a prism it will break up into 7 colors. (like a rainbow). Red, orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violate. Each color has its OWN vibration. Example. Red has the longest wave length and the slowest vibrational frequency - warm and stimulating. Violet has the shortest wave length and the fastest frequency. We recognize it as cool and calming. This knowledge is VERY important. Certain colors can stimulate certain mental activities. We know that we need light to activate our body. Especially our chakras. So what are they? Chakra means wheels, or wheel-like vortex spinning in on itself. They draw in energy on a vibratory level. They can draw in anything, from colors, to vibrations to emotions to thoughts, everything in the energy field that we come into contact with. They are energy points that run from the top of your head to the bottom of your spine.

The basics is 7. But there are more. The 7 are connected to different body parts such as the Endocrine Glands. If your Chakras are in balance you will be healthier and happier and more in tune with yourself. If one of your chakras is out of synchronization, it may affect one of the organs it is connected to, and affect the total health of your body. It can be over or under active OR possibly congested of blocked. It is usually felt on a mental, physical or emotional level. The purpose is to have a balance between the mind, body and spirit. Your mind or your diet can not solve all your problems. However, it is through the Chakras that you can learn to balance all of you, bringing you into a healthier state of consciousness. Chakras start from the bottom up. Starting with the red and changing vibrations as we go up. With violet being at the top (or brain - shortest frequency and shortest wave length. The first Chakra, Red, is survival, and it is connected to the adrenal glands. 2nd is Orange, it is Sex and is connected to the gonads (testis and ovary's). 3rd, yellow, is power of ego, and it is connected to the pancreas. 4th Green and it is love, and it is connected to the thymus gland. (sistema inmunologico). 5th Blue, expression, connected to the thyroid. 6th, the 3rd eye Indigo. Is physique and intuitive and is connected to the pituitary gland in the brain. 7th, Violet, the crown chakra, spiritual and connected to the Pineal Gland.

These are at the core of our being and shapes our life as we travel in the energy world. If you come out with an expression of stress or feel a lack of love it is because you are having a problem with one of these chakras. So how do you open, activate and charge your chakras? Each Chakra resonates with a particular color. For example wearing clothing that matches the color of the Chakra makes the Chakra resonate with the color. Painted rooms or the color of the sheets, open up for charging that particular chakra. Sun light is the main provider of energy. 30 min. in the sun will charge all Chakras. Eating foods that match the Chakra colors will also work as well. That is why a salad with different color vegetables is so powerful. Example, eating greens are good for the heart. If you put an organic coloring in a bath an lay in it you will boost that particular color of Chakra. The best way to boost your Chakras is to visit a Reiki Master. It is the equivalent of spiritual surgery. Masters have been trained to see your Chakras and can manipulate them to balance your body.


Science has proven that chemicals can influence the body. If these chemicals are consistently consumed they can cause an imbalance in your body which will eventually affect us at the mental and physical and spiritual level. Medicine does not have all the tools to help us. It is YOUR responsibility to help yourself. There is too much emphasis on Independence and not enough on Interdependence.
