Man - know thyself; then thou shall know the Universe and God.

5.25 AM Pythagoras: Man - know thyself; then thou shall know the Universe and God. The world has been growing disharmonically for about 13,000 years now. It is in our DNA and it is something we are passing through as a species. Currently we are not in tune with ourselves, and the world is beginning to realize it. The true problem is in our OLD way of thinking. It is Creating tension on every level. How can we become it, and be in tune with ourselves. Let's talk about Chakras and our connection to multiple levels. The basics of Chakras is light and color: If you shine a light through a prism it will break up into 7 colors. (like a rainbow). Red, orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violate. Each color has its OWN vibration. Example. Red has the longest wave length and the slowest vibrational frequency - warm and stimulating. Violet has the shortest wave length and the fastest frequency. We recognize it as cool and calming. This knowledge is VERY important. Certain colors can stimulate certain mental activities. We know that we need light to activate our body. Especially our chakras. So what are they? Chakra means wheels, or wheel-like vortex spinning in on itself. They draw in energy on a vibratory level. They can draw in anything, from colors, to vibrations to emotions to thoughts, everything in the energy field that we come into contact with. They are energy points that run from the top of your head to the bottom of your spine.

The basics is 7. But there are more. The 7 are connected to different body parts such as the Endocrine Glands. If your Chakras are in balance you will be healthier and happier and more in tune with yourself. If one of your chakras is out of synchronization, it may affect one of the organs it is connected to, and affect the total health of your body. It can be over or under active OR possibly congested of blocked. It is usually felt on a mental, physical or emotional level. The purpose is to have a balance between the mind, body and spirit. Your mind or your diet can not solve all your problems. However, it is through the Chakras that you can learn to balance all of you, bringing you into a healthier state of consciousness. Chakras start from the bottom up. Starting with the red and changing vibrations as we go up. With violet being at the top (or brain - shortest frequency and shortest wave length. The first Chakra, Red, is survival, and it is connected to the adrenal glands. 2nd is Orange, it is Sex and is connected to the gonads (testis and ovary's). 3rd, yellow, is power of ego, and it is connected to the pancreas. 4th Green and it is love, and it is connected to the thymus gland. (sistema inmunologico). 5th Blue, expression, connected to the thyroid. 6th, the 3rd eye Indigo. Is physique and intuitive and is connected to the pituitary gland in the brain. 7th, Violet, the crown chakra, spiritual and connected to the Pineal Gland.

These are at the core of our being and shapes our life as we travel in the energy world. If you come out with an expression of stress or feel a lack of love it is because you are having a problem with one of these chakras. So how do you open, activate and charge your chakras? Each Chakra resonates with a particular color. For example wearing clothing that matches the color of the Chakra makes the Chakra resonate with the color. Painted rooms or the color of the sheets, open up for charging that particular chakra. Sun light is the main provider of energy. 30 min. in the sun will charge all Chakras. Eating foods that match the Chakra colors will also work as well. That is why a salad with different color vegetables is so powerful. Example, eating greens are good for the heart. If you put an organic coloring in a bath an lay in it you will boost that particular color of Chakra. The best way to boost your Chakras is to visit a Reiki Master. It is the equivalent of spiritual surgery. Masters have been trained to see your Chakras and can manipulate them to balance your body.

Science has proven that chemicals can influence the body. If these chemicals are consistently consumed they can cause an imbalance in your body which will eventually affect us at the mental and physical and spiritual level. Medicine does not have all the tools to help us. It is YOUR responsibility to help yourself. There is too much emphasis on Independence and not enough on Interdependence. So make a check list of the habits you wish to change and work on changing these habits DAILY, one at a  time until your new change becomes a habit. Terry. Thanks for Reading. You Ideas exist outside of Your Brain - in the Realm

Mind - Body - Spirit, but what do we know about the spirit, the soul? Religious answers not concrete. Do we create thoughts from our mind to the outside - The thought realm. Before you do anything, you first think about it. Then it comes into existence. Ideas can and are in the realm, and multiple people can access into it. Pets do not talk yet they have the ability to connect. We are able to connect also, but we are becoming disharmonic. Emotions are much more powerful. Emotions guide your thoughts. Your morning emotions dictate your day. If positive, everything is positive. The feeling of vulnerability, makes you vulnerable in the physical, and an outsider can tell… People who are most successful are the ones that talk most about success. Those who speak of illness, have it. Low immune system is caused by your emotions and thoughts or expectations of yourself. We become susceptible to them, because it comes from the inside. In conclusion! You create your own reality. We are 100% responsible for the situation we find ourselves in. But, we always play the blame game; it's his or her fault that this or that did not happen. I am so depressed… However if that is how you feel, it is your fault. We not only create our own individual reality, but we are also creating the collective reality. We are one species, we are creating the circumstance of the planet together. Is it the fault of African kids that they are poor. We are at fault because we have not SHARED our abundance. That is the collective thought around the planet. Things that go wrong is happening because of our collective disharmony. Mainly a lack of connection to our own intuition. This is hard, but you can change everything in the world by willing it yourself. Is the will and emotion that drives it - if it is powerful enough. What can you do to change things? Well, be good to yourself. Fill yourself up with emotions of happiness and love. Change what others think is best for you, to what YOU think is best for YOU. Ask yourself. What do you really want? (book by Simon - start with why). What people really want is to feel loved, appreciated and significant. Give it to others and you will get it back. It has been proven that thoughts can change the configuration of water, imagine what it can do to us, and how we can positively influence the world. Finally. You can have, do or be, anything you want. The Beatles sang it. All you need is love. Click Like.

Reduce your tax burden

November 18, 2014
Sovereign Valley Farm, Chile
When the two young petty thieves, Rinconete and Cortadillo, came to Seville they were quickly censured for stealing.
To their surprise, it wasn’t for the theft itself, but instead because they were not registered with the local thieves’ guild.
In this upside-down world imagined by Miguel Cervantes, theft was not a crime, but a craft—performed in the name of God and justice.
And like any other craftsmen of the day, the thieves had formed a guild. There they provided training and support to their members, while maintaining an exclusive right to engage in the trade.
This past month, a real-life guild of thieves was formed. With 51 governments pledging their support to each other for the protection of their ignoble craft of theft. And another 30 pledging to join by 2018.
From day one, governments have been pilfering their citizens’ assets through taxation, claiming a monopoly on thievery.
From the largest institution to the pettiest pickpocket, anyone else who tries to engage in theft is severely punished, as governments work to protect their exclusive right to steal.
Frighteningly, they do this all out in the open, believing that they actually have a moral right to commit theft.
You can see this delusion in the US government’s claims that last year they “lost out” on $337 billion from people avoiding taxes. As if they have some moral claim to the money they’d failed to pilfer.
Nonetheless, they use this claim to justify actively hunting down and penalizing anyone who takes action to avoid being stolen from.
The ones that are doing this are the bankrupt countries, and the deeper they slide into debt, the more desperate they become.
Which is why these broke governments are now joining forces, pledging to to collect and share information amongst themselves about citizens’ bank accounts, taxes, assets and income outside local tax jurisdictions.
Basically—I’ll help you steal from your citizens if you help me steal from mine.
Both the punishment and the likelihood of getting caught for tax evasion are growing. Don’t even bother trying.
However that doesn’t mean that you have no choice but to sit there and let your self be stolen from.
While there are still ways of legally reducing your tax burden from within a country, your best option is to move and diversify.
Diversification is key, because if you have all your eggs in one bankrupt basket, you are really taking on extraordinary risk.
Moving some assets abroad can legitimately reduce some of this risk. And an even greater strategy is considering moving yourself.
Citizens of most countries have the benefit of divorcing themselves from the tax system simply by moving abroad.
It’s a bit more onerous for US citizens. But for Americans living abroad, it’s still possible to earn roughly $100,000 without paying income tax.
In fact, between the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, Foreign Housing Exclusion, SEP IRA contributions, and more, an American couple can sock away roughly $300,000 per year while paying almost zero income tax.
And if you become a resident of Puerto Rico (which any American can do), it’s possibly to completely eliminate US federal income tax on any amount of money.
By doing so, not only are you taking yourself out of the reach of this gang of thieves, but you are also casting a vote with your feet.
More important than the ballot box, this is a vote that actually counts. And one you have complete control over.
(Don’t worry-- if you can’t move, there are still plenty of options to reduce your tax burden and take back your freedom. More on this in upcoming letters.)

More Americans opting out of banking system

By Danielle Douglas September 12, 2012
In the aftermath of one of the worst recessions in history, more Americans have limited or no interaction with banks, instead relying on check cashers and payday lenders to manage their finances, according to a new federal report.
Not only are these Americans more vulnerable to high fees and interest rates, but they are also cut off from credit to buy a car or a home or pay for college, the report from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. said.
Released Wednesday, the study found that 821,000 households opted out of the banking system from 2009 to 2011 and that the so-called unbanked population grew to 8.2 percent of U.S. households.
That means that roughly 17 million adults are without a checking or savings account. Another 51 million adults have a bank account, but use pawnshops, payday lenders or rent-to-own services, the FDIC said. This underbanked population has grown from 18.2 percent to 20.1 percent of households nationwide.
The study also found that one in four households, or 28.3 percent, either had one or no bank account. A third of these households said they do not have enough money to open and fund an account. Minorities, the unemployed, young people and lower-income households are least likely to have accounts.
Stubbornly high unemployment and underemployment have placed millions of Americans in precarious financial positions, leaving them unable to absorb overdraft charges or minimum-balance fees.
In the past year alone, Wells Fargo, Capital One and SunTrust have alerted customers to pending fee hikes on checking accounts or have raised overdraft charges. Banks say service charges are needed to offset the loss of revenue from a cap on debit-card transaction fees imposed by the government.
“Banks need to have pricing and practices that consumers can trust and allow them to build wealth and have economic mobility,” said Deborah Goldstein, chief operating officer at the Center for Responsible Lending. “If the account fees will leave them worse off, then its going to be a challenge for people to use banking services.”
Banks say it is difficult to make money serving lower-income communities because the cost of managing their accounts outweighs the return.
“There has to be a recognition that there are costs to providing accounts and those costs have to be covered,” said Nessa Feddis, vice president and general counsel at the American Bankers Association. She estimated that it costs banks up to $300 a year to maintain a checking account because of expenses such as processing transactions.
National Community Reinvestment Coalition chief executive John Taylor argued that banks could make up some of that cost by the sheer volume of new accounts.
Feddis disagreed. “You can’t take a losing account and make it up in bulk,” she said. “You’re not going to spend money to lose money.”
Without access to traditional banks, Taylor said, Americans are susceptible to abusive practices at non-bank institutions and are likely to remain trapped in a vicious cycle of financial strain.
“A part of changing the condition of unbanked people is keeping them away from predatory lenders who keep them mired in debt,” he said. “One of the reasons you had all of these mortgage companies preying on low-income communities is because there were no options.”
report from SNL Financial in April showed that banks have closed dozens of branches in neighborhoods with a median household income of $25,000 or less since 2007, shifting resources to areas where the median income is $100,000 or more.
“The [Community Reinvestment Act] has had a significant impact over the last 30 years, but did not contemplate some of the new abuses that we’re seeing and the way banking has changed,” Goldstein said. “But we’ve now seen financial reform that includes additional consumer protection.”
Congress passed the act in 1977 to address the shortage of credit available to low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. Consumer advocates, however, say that regulation has fallen short of ensuring that banks offer reasonably priced services.
The newly minted Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has jurisdiction over non-bank institutions and plans to weed out predatory practices. The agency reviews compliance with federal consumer financial laws such as the Fair Credit Act.
In the past year, a quarter of households have used at least one type of alternative financial service, such as a tax refund anticipation loan or money order, the FDIC study found. Some households, 7.5 percent, said they simply did not trust or feel comfortable dealing with banks. Another 6.6 percent said they could not open accounts because they lacked required identification or suffered from poor credit.
A growing number of consumers without bank accounts are turning to prepaid cards, with nearly 18 percent of households, up from 12 percent in 2009, reporting the use of such products.
Feddis of the banking association said prepaid cards are an innovative tool that banks could use to serve lower-income communities without incurring much cost.

“There are fewer ways to access the account, so there are fewer opportunities for fraud, which banks pay a lot to protect against,” she said.
